Job Description

Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers, employees, and clients through a variety of tasks related to communication, scheduling, document management, and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Maintain calendars and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • File, organize, and maintain electronic and paper records.
  • Assist with data entry and database management.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Greet visitors and provide professional customer service.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support various departments with administrative projects and special assignments.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.
